1. Slough Rental Agreement

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Slough Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Slough, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement.   • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Slough location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and a security deposit are typically due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return in Slough

  • You are required to inspect the vehicle on collection from our Slough location and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed at handover. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged to you.

7. Disallowed Uses

You must not use any Slough vehicle for:

  • Use of the vehicle for illegal acts in Slough. Participation in racing, rallying, off-road driving or other hazardous activities. Carrying hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes for which the vehicle is not intended...

Violating restrictions may end your Slough rental immediately and incur charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Slough

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Slough Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, including those serving Slough.
